Since all of the editing was already done, I didn't see a reason to wait a day to release Starship's Mage: Episode 3 after my cover artist got me the cover. The crew of the Blue Jay saved Ship’s Mage Damien Montgomery from a horrific punishment on the orders of a Hand of the Mage King of Mars. Wanted as criminals, they seek sanctuary in the UnArcana worlds. When the Captain is offered a contract by the secret enemies of the Mage King, Damien must ask himself: how far can a Mage trust ... General Writing
Editing, Revised Editions, and a release date!
This blog post was published on and may be out of date. Visit starshipsmage.com for current information on the Starship's Mage universe. It is a general strike against independently published authors (a crowd I am slowly coming to realize I'm part of) that the editing quality of the e-books we release is not the same as the editing quality of a professional purchased and edited novel. I gave my cover artist a June 15 deadline for this one, so that's still the target release date after first reader comments and other edits. But its on the horizon now, I promise! XD Glynn ... Half Way Point!
This blog post was published on and may be out of date. Visit starshipsmage.com for current information on the Starship's Mage universe. Yesterday, Starship's Mage Episode 3 hit 13,700 words. This is about halfway through the story of Episode 3, which is looking to come in around 25,000 words, so I think I'm safe in saying that Episode 3 is half-way complete and on target for my planned completion date. With revisions and cover art taken into account, I'm eyeballing a June 15, 2014, ... Read more »
